Multi-location businesses often struggle with local search: one branch ranks well while others are invisible. The fix is a consistent, scalable structure for every location.

1. One Google Business Profile per real location

Each physical branch should have its own verified profile with accurate name, address, phone, hours, categories and photos. Never create profiles for addresses where you do not operate.

2. A unique landing page for every location

  • Use a clean URL such as /locations/gurugram.
  • Include local details: address, map, opening hours, team, nearby landmarks and services offered there.
  • Add LocalBusiness schema with the branch’s own details.
  • Avoid copy-pasting the same text with only the city name changed.

3. Consistent citations

List every branch on major directories with identical NAP (name, address, phone). Inconsistencies confuse search engines and customers.

4. Reviews per location

Encourage customers to review the specific branch they visited, and respond to every review from that branch’s profile.

5. Internal linking

Link to every location page from a central locations hub, the footer and relevant service pages so search engines can find and connect them.

6. Track each location separately

Use UTM parameters on profile website links and monitor calls, direction requests and rankings per location to see which branches need attention.

With this structure in place, every branch can compete in its own local market — and your brand becomes the obvious choice across all of them.
